Flower wreath with Majestix stamps

Couldn't really get enough of stamping with my new Majestix stamps so here is another card with a different design. Not a full wreath, just a C-shaped one. I used distress inks to stamp (it works surprisingly well) in the colors of:
  • Shabby shutters
  • Bundled sage
  • Mowed lawn (just a few sprigs)
  • Victorian velvet
  • Dusty concorde
  • Hickory smoke (just a few sprigs)
Majestix c-shaped flower wreath
Shabby shutters and Bundled sage make the most beautiful leaf colors. Victorian velvet seems to be the perfect color for the clover flower.

The panel is diecut with the largest of the Lawn Fawn stiched rectangles. Just missing a sentiment, probably going to put "Happy summer" in there, and then we're good to go.

Card for wedding elopers

This past week, one of my colleagues let us now, in passing, that she'll be off on Friday because she's getting married. So, I took the chance and created this wedding style card with some stamps that I borrowed from Hillevi at the big scrap event in May. Thanks again!

Bicycle made for you - Lawn Fawn

The characters are colored with Zig Clean Color Real Brush markers and a water brush. I fuzzy cut the characters and their accessories (not my favorite thing, love coordinating dies *big smile*). The background is made with tree diecuts from MFT, clouds by Lawn Fawn and also the grassy hill and road is made by Lawn Fawn stitched hillside border dies. I also used Lawn Fawn watercolor wishes paper as well as their patterned paper as well. What can I say, I have a crush on Lawn Fawn =)

And finally, the thank you cards were done

I spent some time making thank you cards to my children's daycare teachers and here is how they finally came out.
Thank you for everything
The two on the left says that says "Kram" simply means hugs. The dies are from Rox stamps and Gummiapan. They're made with Cardio flower stamps. I actually stamped with Distress inks and it worked great.

The one in the middle is the cutest little elephant from My favorite things. The paper is Lawn Fawn rainbow plad.

In the top right I used a Lawn Fawn stamp set, Mom+me, and did a lot of masking to get all the "kids" in there. Colored it with Zig clean color real brush markers.

And the last one on the bottom right is a background stamp from Hero Arts, I think, white heat embossed with distress inks in Seedless preserves, Wilted violet and Shaded lilac. The sentiment is a Lawn Fawn die, stacked three high.
