I seem to be needing and endless supply of birthday cards so for this edition of the Inky Paws challenge, I went with a birthday theme.
I first stamped and heat embossed the party hats in white. I then used Distress Inks Mustard seed, Spiced marmalade and Picked raspberry and sponged the background. I diecut two pieces of white cardstock and the distressed panel with a stiched rectangle from Lawn Fawn. I popped up the two white pieces with foam tape. I stamped the kitties on Britstol smooth card stock and colored them in with Zig clean color real brush markers. Some Wink of Stella for the ribbon and bag. I used a stiched circle and a sentiment stamped on to black cardstock to ground the kitties a bit better.

What a charming little card! It is filled with so many wonderful details like the white party hats in the background. I love how you did the double colors in the background, too (yellow on top, pink on the bottom). This came together perfectly and I'm so glad you took the time to share your work with us for this week's Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge!
SvaraRaderaWow! Another adorable card! Those bright colors are so great for a birthday celebration and I just LOVE the way you paired the two images together! Thanks for playing along with our Inky Paws Challenge again!
